Project Anthologies

We did it! We opened this morning at 10am! My sweetie was here with me. :)

My husband is as sweet as he is handsome. I know. I'm very fortunate.

And here is my first customer:

This is one of my favorite people, Angie. She was also one of my partners in crime for our Brimfield trip.

Some scenes from the shop:

Don't you just want to pile it all up and roll in it? You can't but it would be fun. photo taken by: Alana Smith

A friend gave me this little dresser and I covered it in Art Gallery, Modernology. I love this fabric. Photo taken by: Alana Smith

This is kind of hard to see...and not quite complete...but it is very cute in person.

The yarn cubby was another score from Brimfield. Photo taken by: Alana Smith

And for a special Opening Day treat? Button cookies! Made by my talented friend and neighbor.

These are almost too cute to eat...but don't worry - I did just fine polishing off SEVERAL.

I hit my sales goal for the day! Yay! Thank you for everyone who has helped me...Blake, my mom, Sabrina, Angie, Sara, Faith, Alana, Lisa, Kristie and many other countless supportive friends and family who have cheered me on. My in-laws called first thing this morning. My sweet SIL was going to purchase via phone as my first customer...I'm going to wait and have her be my first online one and by then we'll have a decision on some fabric for her.

Again - THANK YOU! Love you all!
